DJ Fole - Honor & Glory

Slowstyle expert DJ Fole has a brand new single coming out soon on IDP's partner label Style Records. Titled "Honor & Glory" it's a true Slowstyle release featuring two versions:

1. Radio Edit
2. Extended Mix

You may also know Stefano Folegatti as the man behind a long line of high quality productions from Stephan F (house music alias) and Dance Rocker (ItaloDance alias), DJ Fole is his Slowstyle alias.

The single will be out in all major digital channels April 19th on Style Records (Italy)

Lajos Csarankó - Revolution

Beverly Music is already establishing itself as a true indie Slowstyle label presenting news from many up and coming talents. One of them is Lajos Csarankó from Hungary, he just released his first single on the label entitled "Revolution".

The track is a simple Slowstyle production in classic Lento Violento style and includes one version.

A Night and Day with Danijay!

Around one month after the first The Plaze Techno Night / Extravadance Reunion with DJ Lhasa (See article about this event here), it was announced that a Part 2 would be held on the 1st of April 2017 this time with another italo-legend, Danijay!... The last time Danijay was in Denmark was on a small local club called Laki in Store Heddinge (a city of only 3000 people) together with one of his singers Henry.

*Extravadance was almost what started the italo-mania in Denmark. A radio program on radio NRJ Energy one of the most popular FM radio stations in the 00s. Extravadance was a dance/techno music program playing all the latest italodance, techno and hard-trance. First with Rimini-Peter and MINIsteren, then Rimini-Peter and Jacob "The King" Lund. Later also DJ Janik joined before NRJ decided to shut down operations in Denmark.

*The Plaze, at the time the largest night club in Denmark, location in Nykøbing F. around 120 km from Copenhagen. Rimini-Peter opened the club after leaving the Extravadance program. The concept was to bring all the biggest artists from his radio program up to play live.

DJ Nico Vlp - Moderno Classico E.P.

Nicola Volpe is back with a new unofficial free-to-download album entitled "DJ Nico Vlp - Moderno Classico E.P.". The album consist of 17 new and old remixes, covers and versions from his "music laboratory" including co-productions with Gfx909 and remixes of Paolo Meneguzzi, Princess Chelsea and others. For those not familiar with DJ Nico Vlp's style, his music is experimental, unique and usually with a fairytale esque atmosphere.

DJ sTore - Passaggi Sonori 2

Salvatore Gargiulo with the producer and DJ-alias DJ sTore is ready with another "official" self-released album featuring 18 new tracks. Salvatore is heavily influenced by Gigi D'Agostino's sound so we expect most tracks to be in his usual style. Also quite usual is it that most tracks are some kind of cover version over a known song or theme - which most of the track titles also show.

The new album is titled Passaggi Sonori 2 which means "soundscapes".

Spai & Jimmy - Le Stelle D' Agosto

Gianmarco Costantino and Stefano Esposito better known as Spai & John/Jimmy especially known for their track "Cassa Dritta (Supermarket Mix)" are back to rule the italodance game once again!

After 2008 the two guys mainly focused on house and EDM music under the alias Overnoise, but understandably they missed the italodance genre after a while and now it looks like the are firing up the production engines again.

Deep.Spirit - Lonely 2k17 (Remix Edition)

One of the biggest all-time italodance classics playing in the clubs, still to this day (at least in Denmark) is the austrian hit single "Lonely" from 2004 by Deep.Spirit originally started by the ARC Records team Dominik Cydlik (C.Y.T.), Roland Binder together with Bernhard Hochrainer and the voice of the lovely Pamela Hofbauer.
