It is now over 10 years ago that italodance was on its highest point of popularity, some say it is dead, but this release just proves that it is still spreading and inspires people around the world. Maybe not mainstream, but still underground.

The reason for saying this, is that the producer of the track comes from Bolivia.
It is from the dj and producer DJ-V whose real name is Efrain Villca. Efrain is a 23 year old guy that lives in Bolivia. He has done several official remixes the last year or two, but has now released this as his first single, together with the voice of italian singer Andrea Morph.

The song is actually a cover of the song "Perduto Amore (In Cerca Di Te)" from 1945 and is originally performed by Nella Colombo and Gigi Beccaria. Since then it has been covered by many italian artists, latest in 2011 by Simona Molinari and Peter Cincotti.
It is a typical italian song, based out from the melody of the vocal with a happy folk inspired rhythm.

The original mix of this new version is not the best production piece by DJ-V but no worries there, because the single has no less than 13 remixes, so there is a good chance of finding something for every taste.
All the versions of the single are italodance versions, but varies well in sound and type. It contains some of the most active remixers at the moment, but also an old experienced Danish italolover and producer named Domasi or Thomas in real life. He has been away for a while, only doing a remix once in a while, but now he has found the time and passion to produce some italo again, and he is slowly digging up his old style. This new remix is detailed, happy and with a synth melody very close to Floorfilla's Anthem #5 (Enter The Arena) and is also one of the favorites of this single according to Italo Charts around the web.
Another remix you will find on the single is by the expirenced Hrde aka. Dean, which we know for his deep bass. This remix is a relaxing melodic italo track with a wonderful synth melody and he has captured the italian style adding a fisa (accordion) fitting well with the vocal.
DJ Cillo has also made a remix of this track. He is working close with DJ Cerla aka. Floorfilla and has just released a remix together with him. So he is also one of the experienced guys, and his style has improved a lot the past year's time, which is also clear in this remix. He has done a real party remix with a great synth melody that makes you wanna throw your hands up in the air!

I must say if this was a inedit track, it would have been really cool for the italodance today. So it is sad it is a cover version. That is said, it is still a good release with some nice remixes between - something for every italo taste and with one of the better vocals at the moment.
